Refund Request – Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation to attend an Annual Congress must be submitted to DASIL headquarters in writing to: HQ@theDASIL.org. A $50 cancellation fee will apply to cancellations received by June 15, 2014 for the September 7-10 2014 Annual Congress. Cancellations received after June 15, 2014 for this meeting will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after June 30, 2014 for this meeting.
