Dr. Hector Leal Silva, MD & PhD is Board certified and recertified by the Mexican Board of Dermatology, with 30 years of experience as dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon. Dr. Leal has a PhD in Bioethics and is an EdD in organization development and change candidate by Pepperdine University. He leads iDerma, Specialists of the Skin and Cosmetic Surgery in Monterrey, Mexico, one of Latin America's largest and most equipped private institutions dedicated to clinical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, and investigative scientific research. He has participated as principal investigator in more than 35 Clinical trials; is or has been a researcher and/or scientific advisor for Roche, Lumenis, Alma Lasers, Palomar, Solta Medical, Galderma, Humacyte, EndyMed, Syneron-Candela, Zeltiq (Allergan), Jeisys Medical, Lutronic, Sofwave and Aerolase. Member of more than 20 prestigious National and International medical societies. He has co-authored seven scientific books in English, Portuguese, and Spanish and has published more than 30 peer reviewed articles. Additionally, he has presented by invitation over 350 conferences in international congresses worldwide. He contributes as assistant editor and member of the editorial board of the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology; is also the head professor of the subspecialty course for dermatologist on technology and procedural dermatology, at the University of Monterrey. Also teaching postgraduate interventional dermatology and dermatologic basic sciences. Dr. Leal is a past President of the Nuevo Leon Medical College of Dermatologists, member of the board of the IMCAS Academy, past member of the board of both, the Mexican Society and the Academy of Dermatology; served as president of the DASIL Annual World Congress in 2020 (virtual), and in Mexico City in 2022, and is the Director of RegioDerma, International Biennial Congresses of Dermatology since 2017. Dr. Leal is currently the president-elect of DASIL, Dermatology, Aesthetics & Surgery International League, to serve as president between 2024 and 2026. |

Dr. Peng is the Founder & Director of the P-Skin Professional Clinic, based in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, since 1998, with a second clinic opening in 2017. He leads a highly-specialized team of 10 board-certificated dermatologists and a board-certificated plastic surgeon, and the two clinics own and operate more than 40 different kinds of lasers and energy-base-devices — providing high quality, specialist service in dermatology and aesthetic medicine. |
Dr. Atula Gupta MD is a board certificated dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon based in INDIA. She is the medical director and chief dermatologist at Skinaid Clinic located in Gurgaon, National Capital Region, INDIA. Dr Gupta earned her medical degree from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal and continued to do her postgraduation in dermatology at Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore. She was awarded gold medal for being the best outgoing postgraduate student in the year 2010. Following the completion of her dermatology residency and dermatologic surgical training she has been treating patients with leading-edge technological advances in all facets of dermatology and aesthetic care. Dr. Gupta has been speaking regularly on national and international forums for several years related to dermatological diseases and their management. Her area of interest includes scar management, use of lasers and energy devices in treating skin conditions, fractional lasers, skin tightening technologies and micro needling devices. Dr. Atula Gupta has published over 27 academic papers and has contributed over 20 chapters in academic textbooks. She has authored chapters and articles on scar treatments, laser dermatology, chemical peels, dermoscopy, micro needling and has delivered over 200 guest lectures in her field of interest at prestigious conferences like World Congress of Dermatology, DERMACON INDIA, AAD, ISDS, AMWC, 5CC congress, IMCAS, INDERCOS Turkey, KOREA Derma, DASIL scar symposiums (South Africa, Myanmar), DASIL annual congress WCD, CYASIA CME, Spring Continental Congress Tehran, IACDC Bangkok, COSMEDICA South Africa, National conference of dermatologists of Uzbekistan, SCARS congress and many others. She has served as the board member at DASIL and is also the organizing secretary of DASIL annual world scar symposium and the core team member of the DASIL SCAR FREE INITIATIVE. She is currently also serving as the convenor of the SCAR Task Force of the Indian Association of Dermatologists. Dr Gupta regularly serves as a reviewer for journals including JEADV, Dermatologic Therapy, Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology, Dermatological reviews & International Journal of Women’s Dermatology. |
