Reports To: Board of Directors

Composition: Six Fellows Terms Members & Chair: Two years with staggered terms among the six members with one of the three senior members serving as Chair. The Chair will be appointed by the President with the approval of the Board of Directors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Acts consistent with Article III sections 1 and 2 of the DASIL Bylaws
2. Oversees all matters related to the DASIL member admissions process
3. Reviews all applications for membership and makes recommendations for DASIL membership to the Board of Directors consistent with the calendar of admission to DASIL as determined by the Board of Directors.
4. Makes recommendations to the Board of Directors as to matters concerning membership policies
5. Plans, organizes, directs and evaluates membership recruitment and retention efforts
